WP3 has reached a critical milestone in the DT4GS project with substantial progress in several key areas. Notable advancements include:
- Refined Knowledge Hub: We have significantly enhanced the Knowledge Hub (T3.1), focusing on defining crucial KPIs and identifying impactful decarbonization use cases. The integration of a new automation layer ensures dynamic updates and maintenance, with full deployment expected by M35.
- Enhanced OODT and Deployment Support: Our services for Object-Oriented Design and Testing (OODT) and deployment support have been upgraded to seamlessly incorporate the latest features of the DT4GS platform, including the Open Mode Library (OML), Model Evaluation Engine (MEE), Knowledge Hub (KH), and Decision Support System (DSS). This enhancement supports a global approach to Voyage Planning.
- Advanced Decision Support System (DSS): A versatile DSS has been deployed, capable of evaluating the environmental and financial implications of various mitigation strategies, including retrofitting, energy management, and routing optimization.
- Upgraded User Interface: The DT4GS user interface has been significantly enriched, now offering enhanced functionalities that underpin the core components of the DT4GS platform. Key improvements include advanced Model Selection, simulation capabilities, and KPI visualization.
These developments mark a significant leap forward in achieving the DT4GS project’s goals, setting the stage for future innovations and ensuring we stay at the forefront of maritime decarbonization solutions.
