Deliverable D3.4: GS Operational Optimisation DT v1

The Deliverable presents the proposed structure of the DT4GS Operational Optimization Digital Twin (OODT) and represents the first version of the two deliverables that will be released in the scope of the DT4GS project. The second version (D3.5), will be released in M35 of the project.
