DT4GS Workshop brings EU Projects to the forefront

On January 8th, 2025, we brought together nearly 50 participants in a dynamic virtual workshop to explore synergies and foster collaboration across EU-funded initiatives. This inspiring session showcased the power of shared expertise and innovative ideas to drive sustainable transport solutions forward.
The workshop opened with a warm welcome by the DT4GS – The Digital Twin for Green Shipping Coordinator (INLECOM), setting the tone for a day of impactful discussions.

Key Highlights:
-Dr. Antonis Antonopoulos (Konnecta Systems) demonstrated the DT4GS – The Digital Twin for Green Shipping framework in action, unveiling its transformative capabilities.
-Dr. Dimitris Kaklis (DrC Danaos Research Centre) shared insights into the collaborative components and innovative applications of DT4GS – The Digital Twin for Green Shipping.

We were thrilled to have distinguished representatives from key projects contribute to the dialogue:
➡️ SEAMLESS by Konstantinos Louzis (NTUA)
➡️ DYNAPORT project by Agathe Rialland (SINTEF)
➡️ MISSION Project by Prof. Julia Pahl (SDU)

The session concluded with a robust discussion on liaison opportunities, igniting ideas and pathways for strengthening our collective impact.

A huge thank you to all attendees for your invaluable contributions! Together, we are paving the way for innovative, sustainable, and efficient transport systems.
