For an optimization problem, it can be written down in mathematical model. From the model, we may check whether it is a hard problem or not. Certain conventional mathematical model may consume lots of computation times if the problem size is “big” causes a very big burden for the current computation facilities, or even not tractable. It may consume lots of time too that causing huge power to be used. In this case, we work as AI expert, and look beyond classical AI algorithm, embrace quantum AI for solving the problem. We hope we can produce much faster computation time solution, and with better accuracy compare with the classical AI.
